About the Chamber
The mission of the Spencerville Chamber of Commerce in Spencerville, Ohio is to provide networking and business development, community engagement opportunities, government advocacy, and educational opportunities. We are here to support new and current businesses and to encourage growth in our community!
The Spencerville Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit funded solely by membership investments, and as such, requires the support of many businesses, organizations, and individuals to continue to support our businesses and organizations.
Meet Our Officers
The officers of the Spencerville Chamber of Commerce are all volunteers and are fellow small business owners like you! Each officer is elected into office during the January Chamber meeting. Votes are collected from fellow officers and members during this meeting.
Your 2023 Chamber Officers
President, Jessica Lammers – Jessica has been our Chamber President since January 2021. She works full time as a Tourism Marketing Manager at Visit Greater Lima and owns her own local stationery and design business, 309 Design. She serves as chair of the Summerfest Committee, sits on the Spencerville Local Schools Education Foundation board, and serves on the Spencerville Cares committee. Even though she is not originally from Spencerville, she has a huge heart for the Spencerville community she has lived in for over 10 years.

Vice President, Vacant Seat – if interested, please inform one of the officers and plan to attend a monthly Chamber meeting.
Secretary, Kathy Burkholder – Our longest reigning officer, Kathy is the owner of Canal Pharmacy in our downtown and is known to be the friendly face behind the pharmacy counter. Kathy enjoys providing a helping hand in her community.

Treasurer, Tony Lammers – Tony has been the Chamber Treasurer for the past two years. Tony is Jessica’s husband and helps her manage 309 Design. He has recently taken a seat on Village Council and is excited to serve the community.

Co-Treasurer, Devon Cook – Devon took the seat of co-treasurer one year ago and has been working closely with Tony. Devon is the owner of Precision Advertising in Spencerville, Ohio.
